    Firstly, thanks for sharing so much information through your blog. It is really helpful and insightful.

    I would like to take up the Pasty course, though because of financial constraints, I might start with Basic course. Do you think just taking up the basic course would be good enough or I should consider Grand diploma? My main purpose is to get a professional edge (as I have been learning and baking on my own for few years now) and feel confident if I want to start up something on my own. Also, it would be really helpful if you can share the differences b/w various campuses/recommend a campus.
