Sometimes you meet someone and form an instant connection. I had best known @perizaadzorabian as Maya from Hum Pardesi Ho Gaye, a sitcom from the 90s which my mom used to watch and I used to sit with her.

We still have miles to go before we call this an equal opportunity world, but we are making progress everyday. Women around us need strong role models, not just in business and in workplace but even at home, in the neighbourhood and community. I am glad to have found some kickass women around me who will not take bullshit from anyone and encourage other women around them to not take any either.

I require a lot of motivation to work out everyday. I am not that #gymrat who loves to sweat it out in the gym. But slowly I am realising starting trouble is the biggest hurdle. Once I am in the flow I like it and moreover I love how the day them shapes up after a great workout. Hormones and such seem to do their job then.
